Enveda Raises $311 Million to Advance AI-Discovered Medicines
Published in Artificial Intelligence, Drugs development & discovery.
Enveda has raised $311 million in a Series E financing round to advance medicines discovered with its AI-native PRISM platform.
PRISM is designed to identify biologically active molecules from the chemical diversity found in nature. Enveda says the financing will support three clinical-stage medicines, additional trials in inflammatory and metabolic diseases, and continued expansion of its automated discovery platform.
The company reported that two AI-discovered programs, ENV-294 for atopic dermatitis and ENV-308 for metabolic health, produced positive early clinical readouts in 2026.
Why it matters
The financing shows that AI-driven drug discovery is increasingly moving beyond computational screening into clinical development, where candidate medicines must demonstrate safety and efficacy in humans.
