Ciba Health qualifies its precision virtual care program on Mayo Clinic Platform

On October 5, 2026, Ciba Health announced that its precision virtual care program is now a qualified solution on Mayo Clinic Platform. The milestone concerns an existing physician-led chronic care service, which the company says has operated commercially since November 2020.
The program combines diagnostics, remote monitoring and multidisciplinary support from physicians, dietitians, nurses and health coaches. Ciba says AI supports risk stratification, individualized care plans and ongoing monitoring, alongside existing clinical teams. Its service covers adults with cardiometabolic, autoimmune, gastrointestinal and women’s health conditions.
Mayo Clinic Platform evaluates digital solutions for their intended use, proposed value, and clinical and algorithmic performance, according to the announcement. Qualification should not be interpreted as a Mayo Clinic endorsement: the release expressly states that Mayo does not endorse or warrant third-party products or services. The announcement does not present a new controlled clinical trial.
