Physitrack Details Rehabilitation EMR Pricing and Optional AI Scribe

Physitrack announced on October 5, 2026 the US commercial terms for its rehabilitation electronic medical record, launched on September 28. The company reports early-access registrations from more than 100 clinics representing over 500 potential users; these figures describe sign-ups, not established clinical adoption.
The package combines the EMR with home exercise prescription and Remote Therapeutic Monitoring. US early access is free until January 1, 2027. Clinics joining beforehand are offered a 12-month founder rate of US$41.99 per user per month, compared with the announced US$59.99 list price.
An optional AI scribe costs US$19 per clinician per month, or US$15 at the founder rate. Remote monitoring usage is billed separately at US$8 per active plan of care. Payment processing is planned for 2027.
