XtalPi Debuts Kodexia for AI-Assisted siRNA Discovery

October 6, 2026 — XtalPi announced Kodexia, a siRNA discovery platform combining generative AI, biological modelling and automated experiments.
The company says the workflow integrates sequence design, chemical modification, experimental validation and delivery research beyond the liver. It also announced six proprietary preclinical programs.
Company-reported internal benchmarks describe faster molecular design and promising animal activity. These findings concern preclinical development and do not establish safety or efficacy in patients.
