Elsevier adds JAMA Network journal content to ClinicalKey AI

Elsevier announced a content agreement with the JAMA Network on October 7, 2026. Published full-text articles and visuals from 13 journals will inform responses in ClinicalKey AI, its clinical information workspace.
The collection includes JAMA, JAMA Network Open and 11 specialty journals covering fields such as cardiology, neurology, oncology, psychiatry and surgery. Elsevier says the content is available to ClinicalKey AI customers now.
The product is designed to provide source-grounded answers with links to the underlying full-text articles. The announcement also describes integration options, a deep research assistant and multilingual support. Deeper electronic-health-record integration following the WellSheet acquisition is described as forthcoming.
This is a content-access and product update. Access to peer-reviewed literature does not by itself establish that every AI response is accurate or that using the system improves patient outcomes. Clinicians still need to assess the cited study’s methods, population and relevance.
