Infinitus launches FieldForce AI agents for pharmaceutical field teams

October 7, 2026 — Infinitus launched FieldForce, a suite of AI agents for pharmaceutical sales representatives and field reimbursement managers.
According to the company, the agents connect with customer relationship management systems to help prepare for provider meetings, record notes and update information afterward. Additional agents can handle inbound provider calls between visits, including questions about authorization status, claims and reimbursement.
The platform also incorporates Infinitus Lens for monitoring interactions and identifying recurring questions and support needs. Infinitus says its agents use organization-specific resources alongside its proprietary knowledge graph.
The company describes separate boundaries for promotional and medical communications: clinical or safety questions beyond a sales representative’s role can be passed to the pharmaceutical organization’s Medical Information team.
This is a commercial and administrative workflow launch. The announcement does not present a controlled evaluation demonstrating improved patient outcomes, fewer medication errors or greater clinical accuracy.
