Kyverna Therapeutics announced two miv-cel presentations for MSToronto2026, the joint ACTRIMS-ECTRIMS meeting taking place October 21–23 in Toronto. Miv-cel, formerly KYV-101, is an investigational autologous CAR T-cell therapy targeting CD19.
A poster scheduled for October 21 will cover the one-year analysis of KYSA-8, a multicenter phase 2 study in stiff person syndrome. An oral presentation on October 23 will discuss safety and preliminary efficacy from a phase 1 investigator-initiated study in progressive multiple sclerosis.
Kyverna describes sustained clinical benefit and favorable tolerability in the announced analyses. Its release does not provide the numerical efficacy results needed to independently assess the magnitude of benefit.
The announcement identifies upcoming scientific presentations, rather than providing a complete new dataset. Miv-cel remains under investigation, and the company’s planned regulatory submission and possible commercial launch depend on further regulatory review.
