Published in Drugs development & discovery.

October 7, 2026

Toronto-based Palindrome Pharma announced its launch in Canada on October 7, with plans to identify and commercialize biosimilar medicines through Canadian and international partnerships.

The company intends to build a diversified portfolio across selected therapeutic areas. Its planned capabilities cover regulatory affairs, market access, medical affairs, commercialization and patient support programs.

Founder and chief executive Jeremy B. Desai describes broader access to biologic treatments as the company’s central goal. Founder and chief financial officer Nitin Kaushal says the organization aims to establish long-term Canadian partnerships. The launch statement also emphasizes quality, supply reliability and healthcare sustainability.

The announcement introduces a company and its commercial strategy. It does not identify an approved product portfolio, provide launch dates for individual medicines, or quantify savings or patient outcomes. Improved access and healthcare value remain objectives to be assessed as specific products and partnerships are disclosed.
