Aiforia and PathAI agree to integrate pathology AI tools into AISight Marketplace

October 9, 2026 — Aiforia announced a commercial agreement with PathAI on October 8 to make its digital pathology AI solutions available through the AISight Marketplace. The collaboration aims to bring image-analysis tools into workflows already used by pathology laboratories.
According to Aiforia, the agreement combines its deep-learning models and European portfolio of CE-IVD-marked solutions with PathAI’s installed base, including laboratories in the United States. PathAI said the integrated catalog supports biomarker measurement, tissue classification and diagnostic decision support within case review.
The companies also described connectivity to laboratory and hospital information systems through AISight Link, with contracting, billing and support handled through PathAI. This addresses practical deployment and procurement rather than presenting a new clinical efficacy study.
The announcement does not report new diagnostic accuracy figures or patient outcomes. Marketplace availability also should not be read as regulatory authorization for every algorithm in every country. The release specifies that AISight Dx is CE-IVD-marked for primary diagnosis in the European Economic Area, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
