Alumis released additional Phase 3 results for envudeucitinib, an investigational oral TYK2 inhibitor for moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis. The conference update focuses on scalp involvement, itching and quality of life across ONWARD1, ONWARD2 and their ONWARD3 extension.
The company reported that over 80% of patients in the reported ONWARD3 analysis had clear or almost clear scalp skin at 48 weeks. Nearly 80% maintained a clinically meaningful reduction in itching, while more than 70% had Dermatology Life Quality Index scores indicating little or no effect on daily activities.
These extension findings concern 773 patients from the envudeucitinib arms who received up to 48 weeks of continuous treatment, with missing responses counted as nonresponses. ONWARD3 enrolled 1,509 participants overall. Its first 24 weeks used open-label treatment for all participants, so the 48-week figures are not a continuing placebo comparison.
Alumis reported no new safety signals with longer exposure and plans a U.S. approval application in the fourth quarter of 2026. Envudeucitinib remains investigational; the update does not establish regulatory approval or superiority over other therapies.
